Our marketplace connects independent vendors with buyers through a unified, centralized fulfillment framework. To ensure a reliable delivery experience, we partner with premier Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to manage automated label generation, route dispatching, and real-time package tracking.
- The Seller’s Role: Independent vendors pack their inventory securely, input weight/dimension specs, and prepare packages(print Labels, Invoices and Manifest) for 3PL courier pickup.
- The Marketplace’s Role: We calculate automated checkout rates, issue digitized shipping labels, route tracking notifications, and orchestrate automated multi-carrier dispatches.
Because orders frequently contain items belonging to entirely distinct vendors, the platform calculates shipping totals via Split-Cart Logic:
- Multi-Vendor Split Fees: If products are distributed across different vendor warehouses, shipping fees are calculated individually per vendor based on package origin, dimensional weight, and distance.
- Cart Transparency: Line-item shipping charges are explicitly broken down at the checkout window so buyers see exactly what they pay per vendor package before confirming payment.
All transit estimates apply exclusively to standard business days, excluding weekends and national holidays. Actual delivery windows are determined by regional zones:

- Weight-Based Calculations: Shipping charges are derived from the total package weight or volumetric dimensions—whichever is greater.
- Free Shipping Thresholds: Promotional free shipping offers apply strictly to individual vendor balances unless explicitly labelled as a sitewide marketplace event.
To maximize courier efficiency, vendors are bound to strict fulfillment SLAs:
- Processing Deadlines: Vendors must pack, label, and confirm readiness for 3PL pick-up within 24 of order confirmation.
- Late Dispatch Penalties: If a vendor fails to dispatch an item within their designated processing window, the platform reserves the right to cancel the order and debit associated fulfilment fees directly from the vendor’s balance.
- Packaging Integrity: Sellers assume full operational liability for utilizing durable, lightweight materials that meet standard Food safety policies. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging will be refunded entirely at the vendor’s expense.
- Live Tracking Links: Once our 3PL partner scans a package at pickup, the platform triggers an automated confirmation message containing a universal tracking link.
- Pincode Verification: Customers can use our automated checkout validator to check serviceability before submitting payments.
- Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is rejected or fails delivery after three separate carrier attempts due to an invalid address, it is processed as a Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipment. The customer may be liable for secondary delivery re-routing costs.
Logistics exceptions are managed via centralized dispute tracking:
- Carrier Delays: The platform actively monitors 3PL network alerts. If an order faces severe delays outside standard windows, customers receive immediate email status adjustments.
- Damaged in Transit: Customers must submit photo proof of damaged packaging through our resolution portal within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
- Lost Shipment Liability: If our integrated 3PL carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, the marketplace processes an immediate replacement or full refund to the customer at no extra cost.
